Before you pay

What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace goes read-only. Every video, comment and setting stays exactly where it is — viewable and exportable — and publishing switches back on the moment you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Do my editors need to pay?
No. The owner is the only paying seat on every plan. Invite as many editors and managers as the work needs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. The exact proration is shown before you confirm, so there is never a surprise on the invoice.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the window set out in the refund policy — including a full refund of a first payment made by mistake. Read the refund policy.
