Your content is yours, the owner is the only one who pays, and leaving never locks your data away.
The service
Uplora is an approval pipeline. An editor uploads a finished video and its metadata; the channel owner reviews and approves; only then does Uplora publish it to the owner's own YouTube channel, through the owner's own revocable OAuth grant. You own everything you put into it. Uplora is the courier between your editor and your channel — never the owner of either.
Accounts & workspaces
A workspace has one owner, and the owner is the only paying seat. Editors and managers join free, always. You choose who to invite and which role they hold; what each role can do is enforced server-side on every request, not by convention. What your members upload into your workspace is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Upload only what you have the rights to publish. No infringing content, nothing illegal. Everything Uplora publishes lands on YouTube, so YouTube's Terms of Service apply downstream — a policy strike there is between you and YouTube. Workspaces that break this section get suspended, with the reason stated.
Billing
Every workspace starts with a 7-day trial of the full product. No card to start, no features held back, an honest countdown instead of a surprise. Paid plans start at $9.99 a month, and no plan charges for editor seats — editors are free on every plan.
One thing to know about who takes the money: Paddle is our merchant of record, so on a paid plan Paddle is the seller and your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle, under its own buyer terms. It charges the card, it calculates and remits whatever tax your country applies, and it is its name — the statement line reads — that shows up on your bank statement, not ours. Everything else in these terms, and the service itself, is still between you and Uplora.
Refunds have their own page: the refund policy states the windows as numbers, not as discretion. The price list is public and is generated from the same table that bills you.
Change plans and the exact proration is shown before you confirm. When a trial or subscription ends, the workspace goes read-only: everything stays viewable, everything stays exportable, nothing is deleted, nothing is held hostage. Resubscribe and you continue where you stopped.
Availability
We do not promise an uptime percentage. Uploads resume where they stopped after a network drop, and failed publishes retry on a schedule and show you when. When something breaks on our side, the product says so.
Liability
If Uplora causes you loss, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for what happens to a video after it is on YouTube, or for content your members upload — that is the acceptable-use section, and it is yours to enforce inside your workspace.
Changes
When these terms change, you are told before it matters: a dated entry in the changelog, plus an email when the change is material. No silent edits.
